airport proximity two beds great shower loud music floor noise room unready
The hotel is close to the airport. This made transportation simple. The room included two beds and this could accommodate groups or families. The shower was great.
I noticed some issues. The music near the entrance was loud. The room had noise from the floor above for the whole day and night. My room was not ready at 3 PM when I arrived.

ample space ideal proximity seamless access
The room size was a pleasant surprise, offering ample space. The proximity to the airports is ideal. Access to the motorway is seamless. The check-in process was efficient, and I thought the $10 parking fee was very fair.
The musty smell in the room was noticeable. I hope this can be resolved.

limited menu poor quality
the dinner menu felt very limited for a hotel catering to international guests. the choices felt uninspired (i mean, really?). what i ordered was pretty poor quality. a takeaway shop probably does better. plus, no beef? in new zealand? that seemed like a miss.

the reception staff were fabulous on arrival. the water pressure was great. the tv worked well.
the floor in my room was dirty on arrival. there were long black hairs and clumps of dirt on the carpet. the breakfast selection was a little cold.

the room was clean, and complimentary snacks and drinks were acceptable.
the music at the entrance and in the bar restaurant was very loud. i could hear stomping from the room above all day and night. my room wasn't ready at 3 pm upon arrival, a problem.

spacious room clean room strong pressure
the rooms were indeed spacious and clean, and i found the shower's strong water pressure a plus! plenty of tv channels kept me entertained, and i liked that i couldn't hear noise from neighboring rooms. easy check out made my departure smooth!
the air conditioning in my room took a while to cool down, a bit of a bother.
